DELIVERY
All products are posted on the Post Date of your choice during check-out. It will be posted via Royal Mail First Class or Tracked24. This is usually takes 1-2 days to arrive. Tracking numbers only will provided for Tracked24.

If your order hasn't arrived for 7 working days then please contact us. We are only the sender and we have NO control of the delivery date, it all depends on Royal Mail.
Due to the perishable nature of all products, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. Once you have placed an order, it is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery. Please bare in mind the products are delicate & may break easily & on rare occasions they may not have been handled with care & items may arrive in a bad condition.
