DEFINITIONS
The “Seller” is defined as the legal entity One More Bite. The “Buyer” means the person (legal or natural) who buys the goods. “Goods” is defined as the items to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer as listed in the invoice.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the sale of the Goods by the Seller to the Buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions referred except where the Seller has agreed to such variation in writing and by way of signature. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
There is no cancellations on any order.
The Seller unable to offer refunds. Once the Buyer have placed an order, it is the Buyer's responsibility to be available to receive the delivery. Please bare in mind the products are delicate & may break easily & on rare occasions they may not have been handled with care & items may arrive in a bad condition.
DELIVERY

DAMAGES
Once the products leaves the Seller's property, the Seller no longer responsible for any damages might endure during any journeys, storing or set up. The Seller will not take back any undamaged goods from the Buyer unless agreed in writing by the Seller. The Seller accepts no liability for cakes that are damaged after they have been delivered to the agreed location.
COMPLAINTS
If the Buyer are not happy with any of the goods, the buyer must notify us in writing to info@one-more-bite.co.uk This must be sent immediately upon receipt of product. The Buyer must include evidence of any faults or damages. Any refunds will be given at The Seller discretion.
